The 3CX Partner Program is tiered into 5 levels, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Titanium. The partner program is designed to encourage profit and growth, with straightforward goals and requirements for each level. Partners are encouraged to progress through the tiers to recieve more attractive benefits and higher margin.

All 3CX partners start out in “Training” for the first 90 days following your application to become a partner. During the Training phase you need to become 3CX Certfied by at least taking your Basic Certification, and install your own NFR 32SC 3CX License, and commence making sales so that you can progress on to the Bronze Partner level. Once you have made your first sale, conducted your first installation, the next will become easier;  we would then like to see you progressing through the 3CX Partner Levels.

When you join 3CX through the forms on the UC-Reseller website you will be assigned automatically to UC-Reseller as your Solution Partner (Distributor), we will provide you with Licenses, Maintenance, at the agreed 3CX Margin as per your status within the Partner Program. In addition you will be assigned an account manager who will help you build your 3CX business, providing technical support, offering solutions, inviting you to our 3CX Training events, and the one everyone likes providing you with Sales Leads.

Partner Level evaluation is done bi annually (every 6 months) at which point 50% of the required annual revenue must be achieved to retain partner status. 

Partners that do not achieve Bronze within the first 90 days, will be demoted to the Affiliate Status, this reduces the Margin to 10%.
