Connectivity Issues
We are aware of some resellers seeing deregistrations and re-registrations to our SIP servers; we believe these to be connectivity issues and can confirm that we are stable. However, we are reviewing this to see if we can mitigate this issue for affected resellers by moving services to our secondary data centre.
We will keep this page updated
10:07 – Reviewing and Monitoring
10:13 – We are continuing to see registration issues, and we are continuing to review.
10:29 – We continue to see registration and connectivity issues and have decided to failover to our secondary DC to see if this improves the current issue – If you are seeing issues, please go into the PBX and refresh the registration.
10:34 – We have completed a failover; the DNS will take a few moments to follow; if you continue to have issues, please refresh trunk registrations.
10:45 – We are seeing a return to normal; we will continue to monitor.
11:45 – We have seen no further issues – we will revert to Primary Services at some point today; when this is done, you will notice further deregistrations and registrations.
— Post Event Tidy —
19:31 – We have commenced moving back to our Primary Services. You will see deregistrations and re-registrations.
19:40 – We have now completed the move back to Primary, and we have seen all registrations return to Primary, and calls are in progress.
This event has now been closed.
