Details of the maintenance window and work to be carried out
During the maintenance window 08/02/2020 06:00hrs to 20:00hrs one of our fibre providers have informed us of the maintenance window, whilst they undertake work on their infrastructure.
Services considered at risk
Whilst we do not expect any downtime during the maintenance window, the network should be considered as at-risk during this time, as our network resilience will be reduced during this window.
Clarification of services affected
For the avoidance of doubt, this is only for customers with hosted PBX in DC1, and will not affect our SIP Servers as these are not reliant upon single Data Centre or Connectivity.
