Details of the maintenance window and work to be carried out
During the maintenance window 07/02/2020 14:00hrs to 23:00hrs we will be introducing a new core router, this is in preparation for bringing online a new transit provider, and improving our capacity as the new router has 100Gbps ports which provide a lot of room for growth as we continue to expand our network.
Services considered at risk
Whilst we do not expect any downtime during the maintenance window, the network should be considered as at-risk during this time.
Clarification of services affected
For the avoidance of doubt, this is only for customers with hosted PBX in DC1, and will not affect our SIP Servers as these are not reliant upon single Data Centre or Connectivity.
