45-Minute (SIP) Outage
None if your end user PBX has followed and honoured the DNS Changes.

We are conducting emergency maintenance on our Primary SBC on 17th March 2025 between 06:00hrs and 15:00hrs; we expect an SIP outage of up to 45 minutes.
HOWEVER: We have moved all SIP resellers to our Secondary SBC; as long as your end-user PBXs have followed and honoured the DNS change, you will not see any outages.
If your PBX is honouring DNS changes, the Registration FQDN should resolve to an IP address ending in .185, not .205.
If you notice a de-registration without a quick re-registration on the next registration (set by your PBX), it would be worth investigating DNS cache issues and ensuring your FQDN registration is resolving to the correct IP address; if not, it would be worthwhile refreshing the registration / forcing a DNS Cache flush.
We will send out further notice once the maintenance is complete and then again when we revert to the primary SBC so resellers can check if they have followed and honoured the DNS changes if required.
