Brentt identified an opportunity, as his team became exhausted, from login in and out of multiple instances to check stats, retrieve information, download backups, or carry out upgrades. In 2017, PBXMonitor was born a centralised Remote Monitoring, Management and Backup platform for 3CX, designed to save time, make resellers more proactive and efficient.
